*The person responsible for the bill must be listed in the works order i.e. when an agent orders works on behalf a Landlord.

- We will never do unnecessary work or try and sell any unnecessary work to a customer.
- Any time wasted by an engineer will not be charged for.
- Any area we work in will be left as clean or if not cleaner than when we arrived.
